Cancellation Policy:

Once your lesson is confirmed, the coach fully commits to your time slot and will decline other students for that time.  Please understand that when you forget, late-cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the coach miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with other players who would have made it.  Therefore, KT respectfully requests that you cancel at least 48 hours before the lesson.  Otherwise, (and owing to very limited tennis court availability), the following cancellation fees applied:

• Cancellation made after the booking is confirmed, students must pay $60 as LCSD does not refund booking fee
• Cancellation made within 48 hours before class will incur a fee of $200, or $400 for 2 hours booked.
• Cancellation made within 24 hour before class will incur a fee of $400, or $800 for 2 hours booked.

 

Inclement Weather Arrangement:

• In the event of inclement weather (rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above hoisted), you will notified via Whatsapp within one hour before the class
• No charges apply.  Classes will be rescheduled
